About this form

UK Border Force require a GAR for any GA flight crossing the UK border. This page builds a single A4 PDF and a pre-addressed email containing the same information. Submission must be made at least 4 hours before departure or arrival. Pilot & aircraft details are saved in your browser only.

Generate and download a single-page A4 PDF for your records, then open your email client with the GAR addresses pre-filled and a plain-text body listing the same fields. Attach the PDF before sending.

Recipients pre-filled: npcc.gar@notes.npcc.pnn.police.uk (NPCC) and ncu@homeoffice.gov.uk (Border Force NCU). Add destination/departure police force where applicable per the official guidance.
